The Court, having considered the Stipulated Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed by Plaintiffs and Defendants herein, the Affidavits of Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs' counsel. and Plaintiffs' Complaint, finds that plaintiffs are entitled to the entry of a preliminary injunction;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Stipulated Motion for Preliminary Injunction is granted;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT, effective immediately, Defendants and their agents and employees are hereby restrained and enjoined from proceeding on December 3, 1998 and thereafter with the enforcement of Measure No. 58, which was passed by the voters of the State of Oregon on November 3, 1998.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT this Preliminary Injunction shall expire upon the entry of judgment, unless extended by subsequent order of the court.
